At-home rapid COVID-19 tests

Sisters and Brothers,

Recently the Biden-Harris administration issued requirements for insurance companies to reimburse members for at-home rapid diagnostic COVID-19 tests purchased from Jan.15, 2022 until further notice. Attached is additional information regarding this requirement as well as a reimbursement form. In short, if you purchase rapid at-home tests, save your receipts.
