When should I pay my Union Dues?

Your union dues should be paid quarterly in advance in accordance with the IBEW Constitution, Article XIX, Section 1. First quarter (January thru March) is due before January 1; Second quarter (April thru June) is due before April 1; Third quarter (July thru September) is due before July 1; and Fourth quarter (October thru December) is due before October 1. Please understand that if you fall three months delinquent there is a $30.00 reinstatement fee enforced by the International. If you are six months delinquent you will be dropped from membership.
